Use stickers to note when staff, customers or patients have been tested. They may be used with any type of testing methods. It is highly recommended to screen or test persons during certain circumstances to help reduce spread of illness. Simply screen or test the person and write in the date in the space provided. CDC recommends all employees check their temperatures prior to starting their work shift every day.
