Use of promo codes and coupons are limited to one per transaction. Wholesale is available for large quantities. Contact us for a quote to request wholesale pricing.
Members:
Members are those who have created an account sign-on with a password. Complete a purchase of $100 or more, using the account, to earn $10 cash back for every $100. Cash back redeeming instructions are emailed after the purchase of $100 or more to be used on a future purchase. Additional member benefits are available at the VIP section.
Shipping:
Most items are eligible for Free Shipping for orders over $50, with few exceptions. Items which are not eligible for free shipping include a message below their description including the shipping cost. Closed for shipping during USA Federal Holidays. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Most orders are shipped the same day Monday-Friday, if received by 2 PM PST. Expedited 1-2 day shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Holiday shipping specials available as noted, only within the USA.
Payment Options:
We proudly accept most payment options including pay by check, credit/debit card, invoice, and over the phone using card. All credit card transactions are processed securely with Square or PayPal. We do not store payment information. All customer information is kept confidential. Orders are shipped as soon as payment is received, see shipping.
Pay by Check or Invoice:
Select Pay by Check or Invoice Option at checkout. Instructions will be provided. Invoices are sent via email after order is submitted. Orders are fulfilled as soon as payment is received. Businesses may contact us if it is necessary to request 30-Day Terms application.
Purchase Order Numbers:
Add PO Numbers at checkout on "additional instructions" space. Payment is due at the time of placing the order. Businesses may contact us, if necessary, to request 30 day terms.
For orders shipping outside of USA:
Enter international address and select shipping method if available. If no shipping available select "Pay by Check or Invoice" option at checkout. An invoice will be emailed with corrected shipping cost. Contact us if you would like a quote or for any other questions.
Returns:
All merchandise returns are evaluated and refunded if item is returned undamaged, and within 30 days of purchase. Stickers which are personalized are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For any questions fill out "contact us" form.
