Shipping:
Most items are eligible for Free Shipping for orders over $50, with few exceptions. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Most orders are shipped the same day Monday-Friday, if received by 2 PM PST. Expedited 1-2 day shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Holiday shipping specials available as noted, only within the USA.

For orders shipping outside of USA:

Returns:
All merchandise returns are evaluated and refunded if item is returned undamaged, and within 30 days of purchase. Stickers which are personalized are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For any questions fill out "contact us" form.
